For now, we cannot arrange international transfers, a visa, and insurance. We provide services such as arranging all types of transfers including domestic flights, accommodation (hotels or camping), guides and drivers.
YOUR GUIDE AND DRIVER
The guide or driver-guide who accompanies you during your trip to Madagascar has a mission to help you experience and admire his country, which ensures your satisfaction. He is the link between you and the people, he will introduce you to the culture, customs and many other diversities of Madagascar during the tour. He or she will help you discover "La Grande Ile". Our team is composed of Malagasy guides and drivers who speak French and English and know the various regions of Madagascar well. They will be present throughout your stay in Madagascar. Teams that surround you are experienced in guiding, ecotourism, language, and first. Your safety is a top priority.
VEHICLES
We work in partnership with professionals car rental companies for 4x4 vehicles, standard cars and minibuses. The type of car depends on number of people and your destination.
MEALS
In general, we first suggest half-board, to let you be free for lunch. But always, we can adapt your choice if you have other preference. On camping tours, hikes and activities programs, all meals are included. For camping trips, the guide will handle food preparation.
CAMPING
Unlike many campgrounds in Europe and the United States, campgrounds are rustic in Madagascar. The bivouacs are "wild" under the stars in the southern sky, like the wilderness along the river on the sand during the descent of the Tsiribihina river. Our sites are chosen with great care. The beauty of the place, its proximity to water (river, lake, sea), and safety are top priorities. We provide spacious igloo tents for two persons with a basic foam mattress. We do not provide the sleeping bag but can arrange rentals if you inform us before your arrival. We handle assembly of tents and preparation the kitchen, although help in erecting tents and preparing food is always welcome. Cooking is done over a wood fire. We provide all cooking equipment.
IN THE PARKS
All national parks and nature reserves are visited on foot, which provides great opportunities for wildlife spotting. You will always be accompanied by local guides and trackers in national parks and reserves. Expect to see lemurs, birds, insects, chameleons, and geckos as well as flowers, trees, and plants.
THE AIR
Madagascar Touring does not presently arrange international flights, although we can make domestic flight arrangements, including making reservations and confirming your flights. Sometimes we can achieve a discount in booking your domestic flights within Madagascar rather than you doing so on your own.

The price of a trip varies depending on the number of registered person, contact us so that we can calculate and give you in a brief delay the price of this trip according to the number of people and the quality or type of lodging that you request and the duration of your stay.
