Pack 3 days from Morondava, through the famous baobab alley and the spectacular Tsingy of Bemaraha National Park and back to Morondava. Possible to have some extension to Kirindy Reserve or similar.
Early start from Morondava. Be ready for a full day offroad after leaving the town. Just after few minutes, pass through nice baobab panoramas including the famous "Baobab Alley". Impossible to pass without a short stop. Then continue until the first ferry boat to cross the Tsiribihina river. Reach the other side of the river and transfer to the town of Belo/Tsiribihina for lunch before continuing the road. By the end of the day, arrive at the Manambolo river. Cross on ferry before transfer to the hotel near the village. Check in. Overnight
Full day trekking into the Grand Tsingy which is at 17km from the village of Bekopaka that you reach by car and accompanied by your guide and equipped with shoulder harnesses, explore the Tsingy, high of 30 to 50 m. Walkways and wooden bridges, well integrated into the landscape, will help you to continue more easily your visit to the area of Great Tsingy. Picnic lunch. After the visit, drive back to the village to visit the Small Tsingy in the afternoon. Different discovery with a view on the throat of Manambolo. Later, Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
From the morning, drive back off road to Morondava. Starting with crossing the Manambolo river. Later, stop at Belo sur Tsiribihina for lunch then crossing Tsiribihina river by another ferry boat. From the other side, continue the second part of the trip with more stops for baobab pictures. Ending it with a nice sunset around the "Baobab Alley" before transfer to the hotel in Morondava. Overnight
